Eligibility & Global Availability

  • Intelpod products are available for purchase within India and internationally, subject to courier feasibility, customs regulations, and country-specific restrictions.
  • Customers must be legally capable of entering a valid purchase agreement.

Ordering & Product Information

Customers may:

  • Purchase SvedaPod directly using the “Buy Now” option, or
  • Contact us for enquiries, custom colour requests, or bulk orders.

Product descriptions, technical specifications, photographs and colours displayed are for general representation. Actual products may vary slightly due to display settings, lighting conditions, or continuous product improvements. Intelpod reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices listed on the website apply to online purchases only.
  • Freight/shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be charged separately.
  • All payments must be made in full before dispatch.
  • Secure online payment is available through our integrated payment gateway partners.
  • Prices may be updated without prior notice.

Warranty (Currently applicable for India, UAE and KSA)

SvedaPod includes a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, mishandling, or negligence
  • Improper installation carried out by third-party personnel
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Damage due to incorrect plumbing or electrical connections
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable items including flexi hoses and health faucets
  • Environmental or site-related damage such as rust due to poor ventilation or water leakage

The warranty may be extended up to 10 years through our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Refer to the Warranty Policy for full details.

Installation Support

Within Kerala:
On-site installation by Intelpod’s technical team.

Outside Kerala & International Orders:

  • Video installation guidance
  • Phone support
  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Replacement parts will be shipped if needed (charges apply)

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Suitable installation space
  • Water connection
  • Drainage
  • Proper handling at site

Dispatch Timelines

  • Standard colour SvedaPod Classic units: 2–7 days
  • Custom colour units: 7–21 days

Delays may occur due to production load, raw material availability, weather conditions, or logistics issues.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate billing and delivery details
  • Availability to receive the shipment
  • Site preparation prior to installation
  • Compliance with local customs regulations for international orders

Intelpod is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or unavailability at delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Intelpod shall not be liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Incorrect installation by third-party technicians
  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Business losses, downtime, or loss of income
  • Damages arising from customer negligence

Liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective components under warranty.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following situations:

A. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If a customer is charged twice or the payment is debited without order confirmation, the excess amount will be refunded.

B. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the customer may be eligible for a refund.

C. Manufacturing Defect at Delivery
If a verified manufacturing defect is found on delivery, Intelpod may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund (in exceptional cases)

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers
  • Damage from wrong installation, misuse, or negligence
  • Damages discovered after the delivery period

Custom colour orders are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refund processing time is: 7 to 14 working days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

A. Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Refund eligibility is based on the Refund Policy.

B. After Dispatch
Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

Custom Colour Orders

Custom colour units are manufactured specifically for the customer and cannot be cancelled after production begins.

Damage During Transit

If the package appears damaged:

Undeliverable Shipments

If a package returns due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping fees will apply. Freight charges are non-refundable.
